Formed in February 2007, Carpe Diem Riders is dedicated to all things bike related, from scooter riders, to sports bike power rangers, we enjoy weekly ride outs & events such as drag racing, track days, parties & trips abroad.

Crafty plates foil speed cameras

   LAW BREAKING bikers are evading prosecution by using illegal number plates, with hard to read 'Ninja' fonts  which are too small for speed cameras to detect, says a report in the EADT.

 Apparently, the problem relates to handheld speed cameras using laser technology and those used on tripods, but does not affect the Gatso-style cameras, which can zoom in on hard-to-read plates.
